Hi Kevin. The baffeling that you see in the picture is where the eyebrows are on my cowl, this forces the ram air to the bottom of the cylinders, at the back of the cylinders is a stop which forces the air to the top of cylinders ,simple but effective..the more air the better the cooling... the exhaust is my own creation.. the v-dub was just to loud with stright pipes and I wanted some heat for ski flying, I have a baffell oneach end of the chamber and the exit is through a 1 1/2 inch exhaust pipe cut at an angle bent and 5 3/16 holes in the trailing edge..woks well.... Terry,

I like the exhaust a lot, simple and effective. Could you tell me how the ducting/baffling works. I have never understood how Gene does this. It seems like parts are missing, but everyone of his FWFs look this way. Does it cool well?

Kevin
