Engine stand for storage

I am getting ready update my front landing gear to the bushing system and want to remove my O-235 while I do this work. The plane is in the build stage and there is no prop, cowling or accessories to deal with. I have been researching engine stands and only find the overhaul stand or adapting an automotive stand (which seems a bit dicey). My thought is to make a stand which supports the rear via the engine mounts and then have a vertical support which would attach at the propeller plate. Are…See More
