Hi Pat,
The SAM is a nice plane...I saw it often when it was doing its test flights. Nice bird, I wonder when Zenith will announce what they want to do with the business they bought...
We'll see.
Keep flying that's the goal !
Regards,
Norm
Hi Pat,
I wanted a longer wing for my 701. Ended up looking to swap for a 750 wing onto my CH701sp fuselage BUT my girlfriend told me she found the 701 too crampy for her taste. So, I got a CH750 kit AND it came with a CH701SP also...So I'm building the Fuselage/wing of that CH701SP to sell it and I will build the CH750 and keep that one.
Wings for the 750 are done, wings for the 701SP are all there (assembly required),horizontal tail for the 701 done, rudder for the 701SP and 750 done...Fuselage for the 750 is there but needs lots of work... Lots of parts and so little time...
Regards,
Norm
Hi Pat,
Thanks for your comment! Placing the Viking View in a more prominent position does make sense.

Hi Pat,
Thanks for the kind words !
After the disappointment of the first trial flight I wanted to recheck everything. The new radiator is just marvelous. Everything stayed in the GREEN for the whole flight. I didn't think we were going to fly that long but just enjoyed ourselves too much to stop...Almost an hour when we decided to stop. I have to get used to the rudder because the 701 needs to be piloted with coordinated inputs (aileron+rudder).
Otherwise, we're getting to know each other now...
Regards,
Very happy builder/pilot

Hi Pat, Thanks for the comment on the Oild check door. I bought it from this guy :
http://www.mrrace.com/Products/index.htm website. Very nicely done and the fit was perfect. Cuts down the build time. I still had to adapt it somewhat.
Nice 701 you got there too....
Hope to fly soon. Regards,
Norm
Hi Pat,
