Ours leaked at first also. Determined,with soapy water,that the "0" ring was not sealing.i added more air pressure,about 50 pounds,let it set for a few days,and this seated the rings.lowered air pressure,and they have been fine.Be CAUTIOUS adding this much pressure.do not stand or lean over tires.

Mine did as well, drove me nuts. Take it apart and be very GENEROUS with the lube on the o-ring and on the seating area on the seam of the split rim. Just putting a bit on there won't cut it. Inflate the tires to seat them, then bash it all around the outer tire with a rubber mallet to let the air pressure push on the o-ring. Mine has been sitting in my garage since last summer and hasn't leaked since I went nuts on the stuff, but I still hate split rims!!! :(
