Norman, couple questions;
1- is the crankshaft a nitride crank?
2- Do you have the paperwork for the carb rebuild?
3- what parts from WW's conversion process have been installed?

I don't believe it is a nitride crank. I don't see anything in the documentation I have that says it is. But it came from WW so it might be.

I do have the invoice and the Form 8130-3 for the carb overhaul. There is also a Rev-Flow carb included.

According to the documentation, this is what was purchased from WW:

Starter gear

Deep oil pan

Starter bracket

Top cover

Oil cooler

Ring gear

Safety shaft

Hybrid studs

Prop hub

Distributor

Crank

engine tray

It was assembled and tested at WW's
