The best insurance I found from from the EAA / Falcon Insurance Agency. It was less than half the price of Avemco, and Avemco would not cover the first 10 hours.

I am with Global.  I used a insurance broker that was recommended.   He searched and found Global to offer best coverage.   Strangely when I first flew I had another company and did not require time in type, only did not cover first flight.  I have full coverage.  He calls me about a month before it expires each year.

Tom,
We went to Coley-Christian brokers, paid $1,130 annual premium for my 701. Coverage is $40K hull, $1M liability, $5K medical payment/person
