You should go to the rotax owners forum. Lots of prop info there. I have an 80 hp 912 on my 601 and I'm around 5300 on take off roll. 4600 seems way too low and only going to stress the motor by lugging it. Cruise you want 5200 to 5500 rpm. I would take a few degrees out of that prop. All the HP is made on the top end of the rpm scale. Rotax says max rpm for takeoff is 5800 rpm for 8 min or so. That's my thought anyway.
