Selling my CH-801, AW issued 2009, Lycoming O-360 180HP, new WhirlWind 82 inch STOL 2 bld propeller, 840 SCMOH, 0 since IRAN engine, B&C alternator, Bendix mags, Andair fuel selector, 60 gal main tanks and 60 gal aux tanks, and VR, basic vfr, ICS, Comm, Xpnd, new GRT EIS, strobes, nav, new Grove spring gear, wheels and brakes, electric trim, elev vortex generators, full dual controls, leather, basic interior, no paint, just out of a major rebuilt process and ready to go. 800x6 tires all around, real aircraft tires not golf cart. New weight & balance, fresh conditional inspection, great compression. Ground adjustable propeller now but engine can run CS propeller with governor. This is not a hangar queen but a real bush plane used in the bush complete with some small dings, dents, scratches and some light surface corrosion on exterior skins
