601 HD/HDS main wheel pant mold - FREE to good home --"SOLD" --

This wheel pant mold (mould to us Canucks) fits the original 'skinny' main wheels on the 601 series before the XL & derivative models.

The shape is simple and slab sided. One attached photo shows the resulting pants on the original owner's plane.

Mold was made by an experienced builder for his own 601 project, passed on to my dad, and has been sitting too long in the garage.

Maybe someone out there with an old style 601 would still like to reduce the drag of their aircraft a little.

Passing it on free - other than shipping expenses - to anyone who could use it.

Ok, sounds like I should hang on to the mould a while, get it to Wayne when he's back in Ontario (as I'm in Ontario too), and later it can go to Pennsylvania for Dale.  Good to see the mould can be put to good use!
