Zodiac 601XLB inspection help

Hi I’m looking to buy a zodiac near New Orleans, any members here available to advise me on the pre purchase inspection ? What to look for? Maybe someone local who can assist?

Make sure it is an xlb. Modification to the wing. Otherwise you might have issues getting insurance
