Looks like a nice build. It would be a good idea to include a detailed and narrated walk-around video of the airplane, as well as background info on the build (number of years to build, reason for selling, etc.)

I could not get the video to load up so I am attaching more pictures. I picked up the 701 kit in Sep 2019 and the airworthiness inspection was done at the end of Aug 2020. I am 6-3, 240# and the cabin is a little cramped for me especially with my arthritis and back condition. I should have built the 750. In addition to the above, it has: bubble doors with rear latches, 21x6 tundra tires, electric elevator trim tab, cabin heat, oil cooler door, stream line struts, and 12v/USB panel plugs.
