I am scheduled to finish my 750 Superduty in mid Oct. I would like some company flying it back to Tucson. I would pay all expenses ,if sharing a room, except for food, drinks and entertainment.

It would be a leisurely trip back with stops in grass runway resorts in Ark, Bentonville backcountry lessons, some stops in Texas and maybe a short flight to Big Bend National Park.

The trip would start for be few days in Nashville area to prep and allowing some time to visit the music venues.

The Super Duty has a Titan engine, Dynon avionics, and a parachute. I am a low and slow pilot with 400 hours in a 701 and Jabiru. I am 77 and in great  shape and active.

I went to look at you 750 SD today and here what I found. Your plane is painted white and is still in the construction stage. The wings are not on the plane and the windshield was not installed.  The engine was hung on the mount but not wired up doors not installed seats not installed no cowling on the front of plane. I did not get a good look because the worker that showed me the plane said for me to check at the office before looking any further. I went into office where the main person was on the phone talking to someone about building them a plane. There was a lady there but she would not give me permission to go back out to look at it some more and said I needed to talk with the person on the phone. I waited a good while and could tell he was going there a while so I left. The lady in the office said it was next in the cue. I did not notice any flight instruments in the plane yet but did not get a good look inside. I don't think the interior was painted but that ma be the way you want it. That about all I know from the short time I got to see it but it was not being worked on and pushed off the the side.

Tread carefully, Ken. It seems to me your "Builder Assist" operation is a "hired gun builder" in disguise. If you don't know the current condition of the plane it would seem you are not participating in the build very much. To have this work properly you should be there at least a bunch of the time and doing most of the building with their assistance. The Feds are getting a little tired of "homebuilts" that were built by hired guns and not the "builder-owner" and some folks have experience problems getting them signed off if the Feds suspect a hired gun builder type situation. The whole idea of a homebuilt is that you built it, possibly with a bit of assistance. Make sure you don't end up with a plane you cannot legally register. Good luck on getting it all to work out and I hope you end up with a wonderful and legal airplane.

Thanks for the advice. I would be there to finish up the build but the parachute is still delayed, the upholstery delayed, and the vinyl to finish the paint hasn't arrived. It is too expensive to fly to Tenn and stay at an hotel waiting for those items. The build is 96% done. I hope these delays will be over shortly and I can move on to the next stage of flight testing. I am learning to be patient as the 2 weeks to taxi program, because of covid, is now 2 years to taxi.
