Be Careful Buying Someone Else's Plans
A word to the wise. Make absolutely certain you are buying an UNUSED set of plans from a seller by contacting the kit/plans manufacturer and ensuring the plans are available for transfer to another builder. One of our Zenith builders sold me a set of CH650 plans he claimed were UNUSED and "Gifted" to him. He scammed me. I stupidly, bought them and they arrived with the serial number "blacked-out" on all the pages. Not buildable plans.
I learned an expensive lesson.

on aviation sites
sonex site gets a scammer now and then. usually avionics.

I'm pretty sure he won't be doing it again. I filed a complaint with Zenith aircraft and they, supposedly, read him the riot act not to repeat, or risk losing use of his plans altogether. Better not to get too personal. Best to just use the advice. Regards...
