Am I the only one, or is it common when building an airplane to drill your finger? Has  anyone ever built a plane without drilling their finger at least once?

It’s really not a question of IF it is required to drill ones finger - we all know that it is.   But the real question is WHERE BEST to drill ones finger for the best home built experience…..  I personally recommend  the pad of the index finger……. That way one can be forever reminded that they built the plane each and every time they push down on the ‘push to talk’ switch.
