Good Morning:  I have a CH801, including an engine forward kit for a Lycoming engine and 72" Propeller.  About an $ 80,000 - $ 90,000 value in 2025.

I can't get my medical anymore and my goals have long ago changed.

I've only completed the stabilizer and elevator.

Stored in my garage most years.

I'm very open to even half reasonable offers.

I'm getting ready to put my 801 up for sale. A friend of mine built it on my airfield but retired from flying as he finished the build. VFR panel and is not painted yet. I bought it and did the phase 1. It has about 60HRs on it and I fly regularly. If you have any questions or want pics call or text will be best. 87K Based in Columbia Illinois IL91
