I saw the recent posting that the FAA has re-evaluated the Zodiac CH 601 XL kit with the Upgrade Kit and confirmed it is eligible in meeting the "51% rule". I downloaded what I believe is the current listing of approved kits (updated 12/30/2010), and I noted model CH 650 was not listed, while several 601 models were. While the 650 is an variant of the 601, it does have a distinct model number. Shouldn’t the CH 650 be included in the FAA listing. Is this an oversight, or what?

The FAA's National Kit Evaluation Team (NKET) will be evaluating the CH 650 sometime in the next few months. We've already submitted all the kit documentation. It is not a requirement for a kit to be on the FAA list but it does simplify things...

Thanks.  I hope to have mine done by July (optimistic).  Didn't want any hang-ups.
