Tunnel Top Rear for 5th Gen Cruzer

For anyone building a 5th Gen Cruzer (or the equivalent STOL) I have two questions:

1. The only place I can find Tunnel Top Rear (LS75F33-5) referenced in my plans is on page 750-FC-03 (Sept 15, 2021).  It does not specify what size rivets are called for to rivet it to the Baggage Floor (LS75F5-4).  Any one know what is called for?

2. It appears that all of the control cables and the Torque Tube route through the Jump Seat Front Channel.  What is the purpose of the Tunnel Top Rear, it seems like a bunch of empty space?
