  the legendary Lowell Farrand.\nLegendary because he has received awar
 ds from FAA for 50 years of safe flying. Even though when was an airpl
 ane delivery pilot during WW 2 and had 18 engine-outs he never crashed
  any. He was test pilot for Notre Dame in developing the powered parac
 hute. He started the Young Eagles program for the EAA. He had a one ma
 n gyrocoptor show, similar to Ken Brock. He helped the military during
  Vietnam war with the 1st. Unmanned Aerial drones equipped with search
  lights to Illuminate the enemy at night for the fighters to then stra
 fe. The wildest ride he told me He ever had, was being strapped to a r
