<p>I worked through the same issues in phase one testing of my 801 with an IO-375. The forward mounted oil cooler was not adequate for the heat produced by my engine. I ended up with a firewall mounted cooler (airflow systems 2006x), with its own intake so as not to steal too much air away from CHT cooling. Bill Genevro at airflow systems is a wizard with this stuff, and was extremely helpful to me working through this. </p>
