Trimmed windshield to match the cabin frame. Started building an avionics tray. The windshield goes right over the rivets in the front skin. I will ask Zenith if it is ok. My kit has a wide instrument panel, and it does not match the drawings I have. Because of this, it is not clear how the C75N1-5 Windshield Side Trim Support should be installed. It cannot go under the C75F16-2 Forward Top Skin, because it would interfere with the windshield. When it is installed over the Forward Top Skin, the corner of the skin prevents it from sitting flat on the cabin frame. It seems that the Forward Top Skin may need to be trimmed slightly. It is also unclear whether the lowest of the seven truss screws that attach to the cabin frame should go through the Forward Top Skin. Accordingly the the drawings this screw should go right above the red line. I found the answers in the Cruzer conference and by searching images in Internet.

Trimmed windshield to match the cabin frame.
Started building an avionics tray.
The windshield goes right over the rivets in the front skin. I will ask Zenith if it is ok.

It cannot go under the C75F16-2 Forward Top Skin, because it would interfere with the windshield.

It seems that the Forward Top Skin may need to be trimmed slightly.
