Made a radius shoe out of .032" 3003 for a 12" hydraulic brake targeting the 6.4mm bend radius called for with the thicker 6061-T6. Three layers got there, but four was too large a radius.
I'll try it on a sample of .125" soon, but I think it will hit the target.
Then I made a radius shoe for my .048" brake and found it only took one layer of the .032" 3003 to get there (as opposed to the two layers I needed for the 24" box brake). The nose of the 48" one is already a bit rounded to start with. After two tries on the 48" brake, I was able to consistently form walls at a target width apart with R3.2mm bends.
