750 CFI preferably Northern California

I am a Private Pilot with ~300 hours planning to buy a used 750 Cruzer, my insurance wants me to get at least 3 hours of dual with a CFI who has at least 500 hours total and 25 hours in a 750 (STOL or Cruzer).

I am located in the San Francisco area so obviously local is preferred but have had no luck so far finding someone local.  Any of you a CFI meeting these quals and interested or do you know of anyone?  Obviously the closer the better but a commercial flight to someplace with a reasonable airfare is possible.

Of course willing to pay reasonable CFI and aircraft rental costs or equivalent if the aircraft is not a rental.

Check with Quality Sport Planes in Cloverdale (70 miles north of SF), if you haven't already done so.

They are the West coast dealer for Zenith.

Dan Glaze (on this forum) has a 750 STOL and there is a CFI, Greg Miller, that does transition training in Dan's airplane

In case you don't have Facebook, it says:

Scott Ahrens recently completed transition training with Greg Miller in Dan Glaze's Corvair-powered Zenith STOL CH 750 #SkyJeep light sport aircraft, fondly called the "ugly Coyote." Scott is the 36th pilot to receive transition training with Greg in the ugly Coyote.
Scott recently received the airworthiness certificate for his STOL CH 750 Super Duty that he built, and is now ready to take it up on its first flight!

I believe it is in Ohio.

I "think" Phil Cook at lavion.aero will travel to client's location for transition training.
