Magneto problem

Hi Guys,

               Need some help I recently filled a s/h continental 0-200A engine with overhauled mags to my CH750 scratch build,problem is the mags have a strong spark but only on the first revolution of the engine then disappears if the engine is left for a period of time the first revolution will again produce a strong spark but again only on the first revolution

    I’m no expert but it sounds like the impulse couplings aren’t working properly. Can you hear them working? Is there an engine mechanic near you that can help? Or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
