Forming Landing Light Cover

I have a custom nose rib so I have to make my own lens covers. It's two partial nose ribs and some sheet aluminum. The Plexiglas is larger than needed. I secured it with two clecos. Baked at 350 for about 6-7 minutes. A little vasoline keeps it from sticking. Be sure to remove any ink on the sheet aluminum. (Don't ask me why I know)

    Don't go with a fixed time.  Bake until it starts to melt on this own.   Then take it out and press on it to make it conform.  Bake it again if its a little more shaping
