I had a "Post-It Note" cookout with (8) experienced builders to evaluate my work before I call the inspector. All eight said the attachment of the turnbuckle yoke was wrong - even though it is per plans (plans method shown in the next picture).
The two extra fittings correct the angle of the turnbuckle and yoke that was causing the rudder horn to bend under load.
