    Where are you at in the assembly process. We are having issues with the forward skins and center spar and seat back?

    At 3:05pm on September 26, 2009, Brenda Smith said…Yes we have the same problem. We 1 " rivited a spacer to the rear spar which then catches all of the prelocated holes. Our hangar mates are also building a 650. Their kit was delivered with different side skins that are longer. They had to trim some off behind the rear spar. We also have some problems with the seat/spar access panels are too long. We have cut them and rebent to fit the arm rest panels.
    I think we all are having some issues in the forward area. Zenith has offered a new spar and skins but we do not think we will excercise this option. We can post some pictures Sunday of our modifications if you wish.
