If you ever get the chance to visit the Zenith factory please take the time to stop by our builder assist facility too. We like to have visitors here and we are right here in Mexico, Mo. just a couple of miles from them.

I don't think it would be very difficult to make this change. The door could easily be opened like a car door. Simple modification. Things to watch for : when the door opens it could rub against the struts or the top could rub against the fuel tank drain. Mine did !
It's just a matter of placing the hinges at the right place.
