I used to be a commercial pilot MANY moons ago... I have about 2500 hours of mostly light twin (Cessna 310 mostly) single pilot IFR but my last commercial flight was in 1988! About 11 years after that for about a month but haven't flown since. Needless to say, I'm raring to go again.

Hi Brent, it would be a pleasure  to hook up its always great to meet Zenair builders, there's also a 750 builder just outside of Tottenham that is going to power his plane with a corvair. I'm in Angus not to far from you my cell number is 416-891-5688 give me a call and we'll get together.

    Cheers John

Hi Brent! Classy? First time someone called it that but I like it. I designed the scheme and had someone else apply the paint. I did the wheel covers and prop. All interior steel and aluminum parts that are painted are powder coated which I did in a big oven where I work. When you get around to the engine I can hook you up with a friend of mine. He's been flying behind his for five years and he really loves Corvairs and he loves to talk about them. I like the Jab 3300 but the key is in the cooling system. I built mine from scratch. Heat under the cowl is evel and must be delt with.
