Hi Fredrick, Fully loaded at gross I rotate at about 55 kts, no flaps. With just me in the plane, with half flaps, about 48 kts. Soft field take-off on asphalt with full flaps, I've had it float off at 44 kts. Never been on sod, but in sand I know I get off within 500 ft. Almost all of my operating is from regular airports and I've never paid a lot of attention to the measurements. The only sod in southern California is in parks. By the time I get to the departure end of most runways they're far below and not a factor. As far as what a lot of people say about the elevator, I don't find it to be sensitive myself—just precise and more capable in dirty air. I wish the ailerons were as "sensitive." —Ted
I do not have any actual numbers on short field takeoff with flaps, but I can get out of a 2000' field that has a true 50' obstacle with two people on a warm day. It is a bit close for my comfort, but it has been done. I have measured my takeoff on pavement at 500'. That is with no flaps.
My name is Mr. Michael Mccarthy, I have contacted you before without any response from you. Please replied if you receive this message. I have something very important to discuss with you, I have a vital information to give you. Could you please get back to me on (mmichaelmccarthy4@gmail.com ) for full details.
