Systems Engineer. Started RV9A and Cozy MK IV. Life got in the way. Reviewing my flying mission. Need to build hours and re-learn the art of flying. I am not yet a builder or plans owner but hope to be a future plans/kit builder (the sooner the better).

    I am making progress. Jabiru sent my engine mount about two weeks ago,and i got it fitted to the firewall. Now working on the forward fuse skins, pilot side done then on to other side. I plan to attend a EAA meeting in Alb. tomorrow afternoon.I sure am enjoying the building process, work sure does get in the way.

    Hi Bob - the building process had stagnated for well over a year for me.  Too many "to do's" on the list.  I'm just now starting to tinker in the garage again and the next step is to build a brake.  Once that is done I'll try to make some test parts for the rudder and see if I can get a realistic working schedule going.  Probably can only manage an hour or so every couple days.  We'll see.  How is your project coming along?

    Hi Bob. how are things going with your plane. Got the wings on mine yesterday. Socorro is having an aviation day on Sept 24 and I  am inviting you. Starts at 7 am. I will have my 701 on static display. had it there last year and people thought it was duct work for a cooling system.
