Building and Flying Info / Your Profession / Other Background Info
My father flew jets for VTANG and he owned a Luscombe and a Stinson for which I was exposed to at 10 years of age. As a teen I built and flew R/C model airplanes. Then I built homes learning concrete foundations, framing, roofing, wiring, plumbing, wall paper, and more. I've also rented outdoor tents, tables and chairs for 17 years. Now I'm back to doing just carpentry and building my CH750. I have logged only two hours of flight instruction in twenty years. Member of EAA since 1988 and Pilots for Christ International since 2012.

De-burring is good for the soul...

Why not find a disadvantaged youngster, with an unobtainable interest in aviation, to assist you with your build.

Building a plane is a mission... a real mission... with real mission opportunities...

Thomas, A fellow builder had an extra one and I bought it from him, but you might want to check at one of WW Corvair Colleges there are usually some good cores brought these events. There may be local Corvair Car Club in your area that could help with finding a good core. There are a couple of Corvair list on the Internet one is corvaircraft@mylist.net and might be a good place to ask about a core.
