How's your CH 750 coming along? I finally decided to get going on it and started on the horizontal stabilzer this week. I have the first step clamped, but I'm afraid to drill. I don't know what size drill bit to use. I'm waiting to hear back from tech support. My Homebuilt Help DVD set arrived today! My garage has no heat, so I will probably spend most of the winter watching the DVDs and start back to work in the spring.

How are your flying lessons? Have you soloed yet?

    Wiggy,

Congratulations on the progress on your flight training. You're almost done!

I haven't touched my kit since November. I was advised by a builder in my EAA chapter not to work on it until the OAT is above 50 degrees. I guess the skin will wrinkle in the warmer weather? The temperature is supposed to be over 50 by the end of this week. I can hardly wait! Yes, this has been a looong winter!
