Gordon - I "think" the way I rigged my flaperons was to set the sticks at neutral and then adjust the pushrods between the torque tube and the bellcranks to get them in exactly the same position. Only then did I adjust the flaperon pushrods to even-up the flaperons.
So, I guess to summarize, I used a "bottom-up" approach. It really seemed to go pretty smoothly - I don't remember any big problems. Hope you've already solved this by now! John
