You don't need to register it now. You need to get on the MD-RA website and file a letter of intent. All the components need to be inspected before closing. If you tell MDRA who the previous owner was they may hvae a file on that aircraft. Also you should join the Yahoo group for the CH200/250/300 several members there have floats on their 300's

I've recently brought home a ch300 kit that my father purchased in '78. Wings are mostly finished but may have construction problems, control surfaces complete, and fuselage not started. It has sat in the barn for 13 years since his death.It is nice to know there is another tri-z being built not far away.
