I am 62 yr. old and work construction as a safety tech, sometimes I have to travel a lot. Got my PPL in 1974 but haven't flown in some time. I'm doing a lot of head scratching but I really like building from plans only. There is so much help out there and I feel I can ask any dumb question I need to. Hope to have a build site up soon. My start date was about April, 2009.

    The lexan was heated at the point of the bubble and air pressure was added from the back with a ring the shape of the bubble holding down the front.We made 5 bad ones before we got it to work.
