Investment Manager for City of Midland, TX. Flew in US Navy as helicopter open sea rescue crewman. Flew my own Mooney in the '80s. Commercial with instrument and multi-engine. Quit flying for a while but getting back into it.

1) I routed all the electrical lines from the aft section through the center console. I looked at other options, and came away convinced there wasn't another viable option. That doesn't mean there isn't one, just that I either didn't find it, or wasn't happy with it.
2) I routed the brake lines up the inside of the gear using adel clamps, along the bottom of the aircraft, and up through the floor in the vicinity of the brakes. I can take photos if you wish, but with the caveat that this is only one approach, and my plane hasn't flown yet.
3) I note you are in Midland. I'm in Alpine .. only 150 miles away!
