Senior VP Property Management...Now Retired. I bought the CruZer kit. Plan to power with a modified O-200...9.5:1 compression, NFS Ceramic Coated Pistons. Had Lycon port and flow balance my cylinders as well.

    Hi Don,

       sorry I missed your question earlier.  Yes, the idea is to tap the lower tube, and screw through the edge of the shelf and the bottom edge of the instrument panel.  If I need to get at the components, I back out 16(?) screws, and pivot the shelves down to where I can see what I'm doing ;)
