Kevin... I made three identical (except for direction of the flanges) ribs for the Beanie... one in the center was supported by the diagonal crossbar, the forward crossbar and the rear fuselage roof. It was relatively easy and the Lexan formed smoothly over the top. I then trimmed the main wing root covers with a rubber edge trim to meet the Beanie. I've posted pictures here on this site. BTW, I also made a vent tower that has since been removed as I found it was not needed.
