Ended up with a 280 main and a 2.90 needle jet. Angled the carb float bowl a few degrees toward 1 3 5 cylinders. Right now all is good exce
pt #5 a little hot EGT and #6 a little cool. Running the Whirlwind GA prop at 15.5 degrees. Pulling 2950 to 3000 rpm at full power 60 mph climb. Next step will be to put the fins just in front of the carb intake to hopefully smooth out 5 & 6. Hope to then go back to 275 main. Cylinder Head Temps smoothed out after the rejet. #1 is running a bit cool. Hope this helps. Feel free if you have any more ? Is your 750 flying? Bob
I used SavvyAnalysis to look at a couple of my log files off the Dynon. Seemed relatively easy to upload and signing up and allowed me to look at CHT and EGT on all four cylinders for my UL350iS. May take you up on your offer and send you a file after a get a bit more flying in. Thanks for the quick reply! Dave
