    Subject: Inquiry Regarding Secondary Canopy Latch for Zodiac CH 601

    Dear Mark,

    I am the owner of a Zodiac CH 601, registered in Romania under the registration YR-5186.

    On Friday, August 7th, 2025, here in Romania, an accident occurred involving a similar aircraft in which the canopy opened in flight, resulting in the tragic loss of two lives.

    While researching this matter online, I came across your YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_slJIGum3w&ab_channel=MarkWood)  demonstrating a secondary canopy latching mechanism. I understand that you manufacture and/or supply this device, and I would like to purchase one for my aircraft.
