Building and Flying Info / Your Profession / Other Background Info: Retired High School Teacher. Now working for FedEx Ground part time. Introduced to low and slow flying at 14 in J-3 Cub. Previously owned a Bowers Flybaby. First Zenith build CH 701 ruder at factory workshop. Loved it. Purchased balance of 701 tail kit finishing it short time after getting it home. Decided to sell it and move up to bigger and faster 601XL. Purchased 601 XL partial kit but set it aside when flutter investigation began. Decided to look at the 750 STOL when it came out. Purchased plan package to review. Decided to upgrade 650XL plans to 650 B since tail section I already owned was the same for both planes. Found 2 good running Corvair engines tat could be used for William Wynn Corvair flight engine conversions. Had to put everything on hold for a while. Now that I am again ready to build the 750 Cruiser has become available. I decided to buy the full airframe kit and a completed Corvair flight engine. I will be picking both up while in Mexico to attend the weekend of Zenith open hanger festivities.
