Es Royal Australian Airforce (RAAF) Maintainer, Flight Engineer and Aerospace Engineer. Retired. Have previously built Rand KR-2 and owned Thorp T18-C, Built this XLB VH-ZHO, Currently building another KR-2 single seat and have just taken delivery of a partially built RV-6. I love to build. I do love the XLB, its a terrific aeroplane.

    At this stage I'm still leaning towards a Jabiru engine, although I like the look of these new UL Power engines.
