I am a student pilot. I am buying a 650 B that is done except the paint job, I also just bought a 701 kit that has part of the fuselage started ( which I will probably redo) and nothing else started. I believe I will be the 4th owner of this kit, I will get it done. I am a physician assistant by profession and I am the sole healthcare provider on an island in Southeast Alaska. You can only get to the island by boat, ferry or seaplane. It doesn’t have an airport or even any area open enough to call a strip. Lots of brown bears and fishing here. I am 54 years old so starting my aviation adventure late, hopefully life experiences will help me be a good and safe pilot.
