If you need an angle that isn't there, let me know. I have both the RWS redrive and ECU, and am saving pennies for a 3-blade Ivoprop. I attended the factory open house last year, and one of the 801 pilots had tried several and recommended the Ivoprop.
I just posted a new album on installing the EC3, and I included a close-up of the lower engine mount. Be aware I highly modified the two brackets that attach to the firewall. I slotted them to match the nose gear control rod slots, and trimmed 1.25" off the top to provide clearance for the bungee. The bungee was rubbing on them before.
William, I've not ruled out an 801. I was interested in it primarily because I found a great deal on a kit that is about 10% done in Memphis. That has fallen through. So, as far as a Zenith is concerned, I'm back to thinking about a 700 series. I'm also looking at the Sonex because of it's acro capability, speed, and lower cost. Not for sure at all right now.
Have you ever been to the Gadsden Airport and visited AeroCrafters of Alabama? Tim Owen is the owner and has a really cool program of assisted building there. It's worth a trip to visit them. They are on Hanger Rd.

Do you have the RX-7 13B or a Renesis (RX-8)?
