which psru are you using? Is you motor all cast or aluminum? About being a gear head ya I suffer from that.I appreciate all your info greatly! Making the decision to use an auto engine is always challenging. I hope to hear more on your project thank you once again for being generous with the info.

Belted air makes a nice piece of machinery! I picked up a set of lil brody heads for a mere 800.bucks! they are at least half the weight of the cast heads. The guy I bought them from had them still in the box they came in brand new! I ve been trying to work out were to put the radiator. I see that most have mounted them to the bottom of the fuselage. Ive been looking at the way the guys from north west aero mounted the rad on there 172.(As per article in custom planes), I have spoken to the original designer they had good success and a lot of hours on there 172 fitted with 4.3 v6.Have spoken via e-mail to a few others ie,geared drives, ben haas, quite aviation ,just to name a few.Speaking to them prompted me to building a mock up fire wall.Still leaning towards the 4.3 but, I sure want to fly!
