    Study the plans carefully,  they do not draw them to scale.  I found when doing the forms that I got high quality Vellum drafting paper to plot on.  I used the Incra metric t-square and can achieve accuracies to 1/4 mm.  Very good for non CAD work.  I am starting to build the forms and finished the work table.  If have not done so, go look at the CH601.org site for very good tips and tools.  Purchase the DVD's, they are wonderful.
