Hi Timothy, I used the jig saw to rough cut the shape and final cut using the band saw. The band saw worked best, more controllable and produced a smoother cut but my band saw was not big enough to cut from the base sheet. The edges were finished with a vixen file, smooth file, then scotchbrite.
Which saw works better for cutting this piece out?
