Purchased the tool kit from Zenith which included the hand riveter and the size of the nose pieces are not marked with their size. Is there a way to identify them?

Just get various sizes of your rivets, A4, A5, etc., and trial-fit the rivet mandrels in the nose pieces.  The appropriate-sized rivet mandrel will easily fit (minimal to no friction) in the nose piece but shouldn't be excessively loose where the rivet can "wobble around."  It'll very quickly be obvious which nosepiece and which rivets are compatible.

Hi John,

Very much appreciate your suggestion. I was thinking along the same lines, however I thought to myself, "I am building an airplane" I better reach out and ask just to be sure. Thanks again!

Hi Michael,

Following up on John’s reply, and I could be wrong about Zenith nose pieces, but the pulling stem (mandrel) for the A5 (5/32) rivets will be too big for A4 (1/8)  head piece. I’ve made a couple sets of these for my own hand riveters and air gun as well as for RAA. chapter 85’s Cruzer project, so as stated not familiar with Zenith produced units. C-GWPU.
