Where can I buy or how can I make a 6061T6 dome for my top-mounted fuel sender?

I want to create, or buy, a dome out of 6061 T6 that looks like the image.
I'd rather buy than make it because I have better things to do but can't find anyone who sells such a thing.
I don't own a hydraulic press or english wheel. I've scoured Google and can't find a single video showing how to do this without both hydraulic press and english wheel.
I want to use this as the cover for my top-mounted fuel sending unit in my 601 XLB. My wing is polished, so I want to be able to polish this to match.
I have seen the fiberglass ones produced by Kitplane Enthusiast, but those are made from plastic. I want the same thing but in 6061 T6.
Also, the metal needs to be smooth so I can't hammer one because I have no way to smooth it.
Ideally, I would buy one, but I can't find one anywhere on Google.
FYI - I have no idea how the guy made the one in the pic as he didn't explain it
