    Ben, No, but I am not flying yet. Are you talking about permanent creases, or flexing with vibration such as certain engine rpms? I have heard people talking about "tin canning" of the fuselage tail cone and I added a couple extra "Ls" diagonally to reduce this.

    I do not recall any problem with that. I wonder if a rib is a little "stressed" in there somewhere. Might be a question to ask the guys at Zenith.

    you can make some false ribs in bettween the 400 mm rib spaces

    not hard to make out of l angle
    but they need to be made as you are building the wings
